Nikki Reyes is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development with extensive experience in both recruitment and HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent & Development at Common Sense Media since September 2024, Nikki previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services and People & Culture Manager at The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation. Nikki's career began in 2008, with significant roles including Sr. Admissions Recruiter at the National Holistic Institute and Associate Recruiter at Foundation Talent.
