Princess Garlet, RPm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Princess began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Officer at Andoks Corporation. Princess then transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at Qualfon in 2013. In 2014, they joined the Department of Education - Philippines as a Guidance Counselor until 2017. Following this, Princess worked as a Guidance Counselor/Life Coach at the University of Cebu-Lapulapu & Mandaue from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they were responsible for designing training development activities, administering psychological tests, and conducting counseling sessions with students. Princess also held the position of Guidance Associate/Counselor at Saint Louis College from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they briefly served as a Sales Development Representative at Common and a Real Estate Agent at Leuterio Realty & Brokerage, both starting in 2021. Princess also has experience as an English Second Language Teacher at 51Talk from 2021 to 2022.

Princess Garlet, RPm has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. Princess began their education at Saint Theresa's College in Cebu, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial Psychology from 2007 to 2011. After a brief break, Princess continued their academic journey at Cebu Technological University. In 2014, they completed a Diploma in Professional Education with a specialization in Guidance and Counseling. Princess furthered their education in this field, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Cebu Technological University from 2015 to 2017. Through their studies, Princess Garlet has developed a strong foundation in psychology, particularly in the fields of industrial psychology and counseling, equipping their with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and the skills necessary to provide guidance in various settings.
