Claudia Koechell

Claudia Koechell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is with commonFont, where they currently work as a Commercial Operations Specialist. Prior to this, they served as a Business Development Specialist at commonFont.

In 2022, Claudia worked at Global Works | Travel with Purpose as a Trip Leader.

From 2021 to 2022, Claudia was employed at Central Asia Institute. During their time there, they held the position of Development & Programs Associate and later transitioned to a Development Associate role.

Before that, in 2020, Claudia worked as a Campaign Manager for Elect Tag Evers City Council Dist. 13 and as a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.

Additionally, in 2018, Claudia gained experience as an Advocacy Intern at Fundación Mujeres en Igualdad, and in 2017, they were a Legal Intern at DR. KEIL & KOLLEGEN.

Claudia Koechell completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. During their undergraduate years, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad del Salvador, focusing on the Human Rights Program in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Claudia has obtained certifications in the field of customer experience. In September 2022, they completed the Qualtrics CX Engage Technology Consultant certification from Qualtrics. Furthermore, in April 2023, they became a CXPA Professional Member through the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
