Monica Thornton

Monica Thornton is an experienced professional currently serving as Solutions Lead at commonFont, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional client teams, managing the configuration and delivery of client projects, and providing technical guidance for enhancing customer experience (CX) platforms. Previously, Monica held the position of Solutions Consultant at commonFont, contributing to the design and optimization of CX programs for enterprise-level clients. Prior to this, Monica worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Montana State University on a NASA project focused on software solutions for system prognostics, and served as Spa Manager at Yellowstone Club, overseeing a growing spa and wellness center. Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, both from Montana State University-Bozeman.
