Derek Novak

Derek Novak has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with a focus on population health services. Derek has experience at CommonSpirit Health as the System Vice President for Population Health Services. Previously, Derek worked at Wellmark Value Health Plan and MercyOne in various roles including President/CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Derek also has a background in process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt. Prior to their healthcare roles, Derek worked at Textron and APAC Customer Service in different capacities. Derek holds an MBA from Upper Iowa University, a BS in Management, and an AA in Business Administration.
