Karen McConnell

Karen McConnell, PharmD, MBA, is a highly experienced pharmacy professional who currently holds the position of System Vice President, Pharmacy Enterprise; Chief Pharmacy Officer at CommonSpirit Health. Prior to that, Karen served as System Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Catholic Health Initiatives. With a background that includes roles such as Clinical Director at Cardinal Health and various Clinical Pharmacy Specialist positions at Kaiser Permanente, Karen has a wealth of experience in the field. Karen obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and later went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
