Kyle S. Klosterman

Kyle S. Klosterman is an experienced leader in mission integration and formation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as System Vice President of Mission & Formation at CommonSpirit Health since December 2019, Klosterman influences executive leadership to intertwine the organization's mission and values with operational practices. Previously, Klosterman held the role of Vice President of Mission Integration at Mercy, spanning nearly eight years, where strategic initiatives were developed to reinforce Mercy's core values across various levels of the organization. Klosterman's career also includes significant roles at BJC HealthCare, Queen Of All Saints Catholic, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., showcasing a diverse background in both healthcare and finance. Klosterman holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Studies from Aquinas Institute of Theology and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
