Leia Morgan

Leia Morgan is the System Director of Grants Development and Management at CommonSpirit. Leia has over 15 years of experience in grant administration and compliance, and has been with CommonSpirit since July 2004. In their current role, they provide pre- and post-award technical assistance on grant and contract administrations to market based hospitals, local foundation offices and the Research and Development department. Leia also manages a team of Grant Business Specialist ensuring high quality service and provide guidance and training on requirements and laws.

Leia Morgan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University. Leia also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Colorado Technical University. Leia has certification from Management Concepts in Grants Management Certification Program, Grant Management USA in Grant Management USA Training Certification, and National Grants Management Association in Certified Grants Management Specialist.

Jennifer Gravois - System Grants Manager, TBD - System Post-Award Manager report to Leia Morgan. They are on a team with Meghan Frost - System Vice President, Partnership and Campaigns, Rob Faughnan - System Director, Major Gifts and Campaigns. Their manager is Shannon Duval, System Senior Vice President, Philanthropy.
