Marie Avila

Marie Avila is a seasoned professional in human resources and environmental health and safety, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CommonSpirit Health since July 2023. With a rich background in talent acquisition and HR management, Marie held key positions at Curation Foods, where responsibilities included Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and Plant Human Resources Manager from December 2014 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Fluor Corporation as an HSE Specialist and at Mainstream Contracting Company, LLC as HR Manager/EH&S Manager. Marie began their career as Deputy Project Manager at C. MARTIN COMPANY, INC. Between 2013 and 2016, Marie earned two Associate of Science degrees in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology and Environmental, Health and Safety from Allan Hancock College.
