Megan Harkey

Megan Harkey is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Division Vice President for the Texas Division Clinically Integrated Network at CommonSpirit Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held several positions including Director of Operations and Finance at Houston Methodist from November 2016 to April 2022, and Director of Strategic Initiatives/Network Administration and Director of Health Care Improvement at Baylor Scott & White Health between February 2013 and November 2016. Additional experience includes serving as the Network Systems Redesign and Research Compliance Officer at the VA Heart of Texas Healthcare System and working as a Health System Specialist and Administrative Officer at the VA North Texas Health Care System. Megan began the career as an Administrative Resident with the VA Heart of Texas Healthcare Network. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Trinity University.
