Mike Castillo

Mike Castillo currently serves as System Vice President for Physician Enterprise at CommonSpirit Health since April 2019. Concurrently, Mike has held various roles at Dignity Health since April 2012, including Chief Strategy Officer for Physician Integration and Vice President of Physician Integration and Business Alignment. In these capacities, Mike has focused on developing comprehensive strategies for physician integration and guiding leadership in physician acquisition initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Network Strategy at WellPoint, where Mike led the development of the Enterprise Provider Database. Additionally, Mike held the position of RVP for Network Services at Anthem Blue Cross from November 2006 to May 2009. Mike earned a Master's degree in Management Science and Business Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
