Sheri Sweere Wetch

Sheri Sweere Wetch, SPHR, currently serves as the Market Vice President of Human Resources at CommonSpirit Health since July 2022. With a long-standing career in human resources, Sheri has held multiple key positions at Catholic Health Initiatives, including Division SVP and CHRO, and has previously worked as a Specialist, Recruiter, and Human Resources Generalist at various organizations, including St. Cloud Hospital and Essentia Health. Sheri's professional contributions extend to leadership roles in HR organizations, such as State Conference Director for MN SHRM and a Board Member for SHRM. Academically, Sheri holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mary, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Valley City State University.
