Tracy Walsh

Tracy Walsh serves as the System Director of Patient Safety and Enterprise Patient Experience & HRO Consultant at CommonSpirit Health since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Associate in Strategic Consulting at Press Ganey from June 2017 to July 2021, and Director of Service Development at Planetree from November 2007 to June 2017. Previously, Tracy held the position of Director of Patient Access, UM, and Registration at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital from October 1996 to October 2007 and worked as Regional Manager at Creative Care Management from 1992 to 1994. Tracy holds a PsyD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2013-2020), an MSW in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago (1990-1992), and a BSW in Social Work from the University of Iowa (1981-1985). Additionally, education includes attendance at Benet Academy and Saint Louis University.
