Paul E Sander

Paul E Sander has extensive experience in right of way (ROW) services and project management, currently serving as President of Sander Right of Way Services since August 2015, where ROW services are provided to the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority. Additionally, Paul E Sander has been a Real Estate Project Manager with Commonwealth Associates, Inc. since August 2012, focusing on independent ROW consultancy in Michigan and Connecticut. Prior experience includes a role as an Adjunct Professor in Civil Engineering at Lawrence Technological University from September 2002 to December 2012 and over three decades with the Michigan Department of Transportation, where responsibilities spanned ROW project management, appraisal, and utility relocation. Paul E Sander also holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
