Ben Zimmerman

Ben Zimmerman is an experienced R&D Manager at the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing, focusing on enhancing manufacturing processes for industry members through strategic capability growth. Previously, Ben served as a Technology Development Leader and Senior Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, specializing in advanced fabrication methods and high-temperature ceramic coatings, while also leading significant intellectual property evaluations in the coatings domain. Ben holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Iowa State University.
