Erin Daughton, CEM, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional in energy efficiency and sustainability with extensive experience gained over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Analyst in Energy Efficiency Planning & Evaluation at Commonwealth Edison since July 2011, Erin facilitates independent evaluations of commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs and acts as a liaison between evaluators and program staff. Previous roles include Senior Energy Efficiency Programs Manager at ComEd, where strategic direction and customer acquisition activities for the commercial and industrial incentives portfolio were managed. Erin also worked as a Senior Energy and Sustainability Consultant at Shaw Environmental, Inc., and held positions with the City of Chicago's Department of Environment and Arthur Andersen, focusing on environmental sustainability and business performance improvement. Educational background includes a Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy and an MBA in marketing and strategic planning from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grinnell College.
