Shirley Anselmo

Shirley Anselmo's work experience begins in 2004 with a role as an Organizational Development Consultant/UA Lead at Keane, where they focused on process improvement and system installation. Shirley then moved on to Peoples Energy in 2005, working as an Organizational Development - Senior Business Analyst, implementing document management systems and procedures. In 2007, they joined WEC Energy Group, serving as a Customer Operations - Performance Monitoring Specialist, analyzing and designing systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency. From 2016 to 2018, Shirley worked as a Systems Integration - Senior Business Consultant at WEC Energy Group, involved in various initiatives such as data analysis and technological solution development. Most recently, in 2018, they joined ComEd as a Senior Business Analyst, and then in 2019, they moved into the role of Principal Business Program Manager, specializing in digital transformation optimization.

Shirley Anselmo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science in Teaching (MST) in Mathematics at Ateneo de Manila University from 1994 to 1997. Shirley also completed their Bachelor of Science in Education (BS Ed) with a major in Mathematics at the University of the Philippines from 1985 to 1991. Additionally, Shirley Anselmo has obtained certifications in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn and Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
