Kevin Donis

Kevin Donis has extensive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within Information Security. Currently serving as Director of Governance Risk & Compliance at Commonwealth Financial Network since March 2021, Kevin oversees the development and implementation of the organization's Information Security Risk Framework, cyber strategy, and compliance with key regulations such as those from the SEC and FINRA. Prior roles include Strategic Risk Lead at National Grid, where Kevin implemented the Strategic Risk Framework and developed multi-year plans to enhance cyber posture across operational technology and IT environments. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security Policy & Governance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bentley University, alongside coursework at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
