Riven Liu

Riven Liu is a seasoned Systems Engineer currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer in Tokamak at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since August 2023. Liu has extensive experience in systems engineering roles within various organizations, including skyTran as Principal Systems Engineer and Virgin Hyperloop as Lead Systems Engineer for Vehicle Electrical Systems. A commitment to career development is demonstrated through involvement with the LEAP Career Development Forum, where Liu serves as Secretary and Board Member. Liu holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cal State LA and also completed a Master's program at the University at Buffalo, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Jilin University in Laser and Optical Engineering.
