Corey Morgan

Corey Morgan currently serves as the Commonwealth's Attorney for the 49th Judicial Circuit, overseeing felony prosecutions in Allen County and Simpson County, Kentucky, since January 2019. Prior to this role, Corey Morgan operated Morgan Law Office from March 2003 to January 2019, engaging in a general law practice that encompassed areas such as criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law, juvenile law, and probate. Corey Morgan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University.
