Dawn Damiano Ms, Chia

Dawn Damiano, MS, CHIA, serves as the Hospitality Manager at CommonWealth Partners since August 2022. Previously, Dawn worked as a Client Service Coordinator at Tishman Speyer, acting as the primary contact for over 60 tenants at 30 Rockefeller Plaza from November 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Marriott International as Welcome Office Manager and Room Operations Voyager, where outstanding dedication was recognized by Marriott Group President David Grissen. Dawn's career began at Hersha Hospitality Management as a Front Desk Associate and Management Intern, receiving the Front of House Associate of the Quarter Award. Additional experience includes managing Git Fired Up Inc, an art studio, from 2013 to 2016. Educationally, Dawn holds a Master of Science in Global Hospitality Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Art from Florida International University.
