Allan Bulman

Allan Bulman has extensive experience in the fields of law and financial markets, currently serving as Assistant Secretary in the Markets Group at the Commonwealth Treasury and Chief Executive of the Australian Takeovers Panel, both roles held since January 2008. Previously, Allan held various positions at ASIC from April 1995 to December 2007, including Director of Capital Markets and Senior Lawyer. Allan began the career as a Lawyer at MinterEllison from March 1993 to March 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Commercial Law, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, all from the University of Melbourne, as well as an online certificate in Leading in a Transforming World from INSEAD in 2021.
