Nils Berge

Nils Berge is an experienced API Architect at the Commonwealth Treasury since August 2022, contributing to the Data Standards Body in the Consumer Data Right Division. Prior to this, Nils served as Product Owner for Open Banking at both the Bank of Queensland and Rabobank Australia, where collaboration with cross-functional teams facilitated the development of Open Banking standards. Nils held the role of Tech Lead at Suncorp Group, creating a cloud-based customer insight platform that significantly increased sales and leads. Earlier positions include Senior Tech Lead in Digital Analytics at Westpac and various roles focusing on web analytics and digital performance optimization across notable organizations such as IAG, Marks and Spencer, Auto Trader UK, Carphone Warehouse, and RAPP. Nils has a substantial academic background, having completed diplomas and certificates in management, public relations, marketing, film and television production, advertising, and graphic design at various institutions including TAFE NSW and Birkbeck, University of London.
