Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new clients, with a focus on Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, VA.

• Forge and maintain partnerships with local senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources to increase client referrals.

• Lead a variety of marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, social media presence, event marketing, and traditional advertising, to boost brand visibility and client engagement.

• Use Hubspot to track, analyze, and report on the outcomes of marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Commonwise Home Care at various events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $62,500 annually.
• Bonus Plan:

  • $1000 bonus for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays 60 + days on the census, or

  • $500 for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays between 30-60 days on the census.
