Kate Reed

Head of Customer Experience at Commsor

Kate Reed has over 15 years of work experience in the customer success and marketing fields. Kate began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Analyst at Phaedrus & Partners. In 2008, they took on the role of Account Representative at TFI Solutions. In 2010, they began freelance writing for Offbeat Magazine. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center as an Executive Assistant Marketing Coordinator, and at Antigravity Magazine as a Staff Writer. Kate then joined Casual Fridays as a Social Media Strategist, and was promoted to Director of Client Success. In 2019, they started working at HubSpot as a Senior Customer Success Manager and is currently the Director of Success at Commsor.

Kate Reed attended North Broward Prepatory School prior to receiving their BA from Tulane University in 2011, where they specialized in English with a concentration in writing and Anthropology. Kate has also obtained multiple certifications, including Sandler Training in August 2021, Inbound Certified from HubSpot in April 2020, Contextual Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot in April 2020, and Certified Analytics & Data Specialist from DigitalMarketer in February 2019.
