Laurent Mansuy

Laurent Mansuy has extensive experience in public works and urban infrastructure, serving at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since December 1999. Currently, Laurent holds the position of Chargé Opérations Cycle de l'Eau and is involved in overseeing public lighting projects, specifically managing approximately 28,000 lighting points since 2013. Prior roles include a focus on the design and implementation of public lighting projects across the Cergy-Pontoise area, fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. Earlier positions involved responsibilities related to roadway safety enhancements and compliance with accessibility standards. Laurent also gained initial experience as a stage-manoeuvre-chef chantier at PAROUTEAU in 1998-1999.
