Since its inception, the board of directors at Communication Service for the Deaf has been composed of individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Early members of the board were mostly attorneys, with a few representatives from the deaf community. In recent years, the board has expanded to include members from different industries, as well as those with different educational backgrounds.
