Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at the Communication Workers Union is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and high-level management of the union. This includes developing and implementing policies, managing digital projects, leading communications, and engaging with media. The team ensures effective membership record management, legal services, health and safety protocols, and organizational research. They also coordinate efforts across postal, telecoms, and financial services sectors to advocate for workers' rights and foster union growth.
