Kristen Boon

Kristen Boon has extensive experience in various roles within customer service, technical support, and operations management, currently serving as a Conversion Analyst at Communications Data Group since November 2022. Previously, Kristen held positions including Technical Development Manager at Closets By Design and Customer Service Manager at Blue Stream Fiber. With a long-standing career in customer operations management at ITS Fiber, LLC, Kristen has also worked as an Office Manager at BTC Builders and held multiple administrative and financial roles at organizations such as Seacoast National Bank, Hurricane Boat Lifts, ION MEDIA, SYSCO FOODS, and Barnett Bank of the Keys. Kristen holds two Associate's Degrees in Computer Systems Management and CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Pittsburgh Technical College.
