Jacques Louvet is the Vice President of Repair Tech Innovation at CTDI. Jacques has over ten years of experience in leading and motivating high-performance teams to execute strategic priorities. In their previous role as Vice President of Network Software Engineering at Comcast, Jacques was a key member of a Tiger-Team tasked with root-cause analysis for Platform and Network outages. Jacques recommended many process improvements and the acceleration of network management automation efforts, which resulted in a significant lowering of self-inflicted outages and a noticeable improvement of the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Jacques also identified means to replace and deprecate legacy network management applications, and led the development of highly available, scalable, and controllable alarm pipeline with advanced artificial intelligence correlation capabilities capable of handling hundreds of millions of events per day through a microservice architecture. In addition, they collaborated with operations team to standardize the base AWS VPC configuration and authentication.

Jacques Louvet attended the Institut Technique Cardinal Mercier - Bruxelles, where they studied electrical and electronics engineering. After graduation, they began their career as an engineer.
