Deputy Director, Higher Education Strategy And Workforce Development, Educate Texas at Communities Foundation of Texas

Erica Simon has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Deputy Director of Higher Education Strategy and Workforce Development at Educate Texas, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager for WE CAN TX, where they supported regional partnerships in building pathways from education to workforce.
