Dykisha Potter currently serves as Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Jacksonville, leading strategic planning for the Bridge to Employment program and addressing student attendance and academic needs through Gear Up initiatives. Previous roles include Achievement Advocate and Graduation Coach, achieving a graduation rate of 95% for students on their caseload. Dykisha co-founded the ampED National Fellowship, fostering connections for young black professionals in education policy.
