Shae McGrath

Shae McGrath is a communications professional with a diverse background in education and marketing. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Communities In Schools of Richmond since January 2023, McGrath previously held the position of Marketing + Project Coordinator at NorthSouth Construction from July 2021 to January 2023. Between July 2013 and July 2021, McGrath worked as a Teacher at Richmond Public Schools, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Teacher, Chair of the Health + Wellness Committee, and member of the School Culture + Climate team. McGrath holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Mary Baldwin University.
