Leah Susi

Leah Susi currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Communities In Schools of Tennessee, where the organization focuses on providing support to students and their families to help them succeed in school. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions at Monroe Harding, Inc., including Sr. Director of Development and Communication, where responsibilities encompassed fundraising, donor relationship management, and marketing efforts. Additionally, Leah served as the Southeast Regional Director at YouthWorks, overseeing programming and staff across multiple communities and managing a significant annual budget. Leah's earlier experience includes roles in recruiting and customer service, along with formal education in Organizational Leadership, which is currently being pursued at Lipscomb University.
