Phil Hugh

Phil Hugh is an accomplished executive in the hotel and hospitality sector with extensive experience in development and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Head of Luxury & Lifestyle Development at Sonesta Hotels since March 2023, Phil leads the growth of the Luxury and Lifestyle Portfolio while fostering strong relationships with owners and operators. Prior to this role, Phil was the Chief Executive Officer of Hugh Hotel Group, focusing on maximizing profitability for hoteliers. Phil's previous experience includes serving as Chief Development Officer at both Radisson Hotel Group Americas and Red Roof Inn, as well as Executive Vice President Worldwide Sales at Realogy. Phil holds a BA in Communications from Allegheny College.
