Kristin Kelley

Kristin Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristin is currently the Chief Advancement Officer at Communities In Schools of the Dallas Region, where they oversee the organization's funds development, annual revenue plan, and leads the multi-tiered giving strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Vice President of Development at YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where they managed strategic funding relationships and provided fundraising strategy for various programs. Kristin also held the position of Director of Development at Project Transformation Greater Dallas, responsible for all funds development activities. Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a District Sales Manager at Strasburg Children, where they focused on sales forecasting, coaching teams, and implementing marketing plans.

Kristin Kelley completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Lambuth University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2016, they pursued further education at The Wharton School, completing a Business Specialization Program with a focus on Business Foundations. Kristin's educational background demonstrates their interest and expertise in both the business and consumer sciences fields.
