Litzy Esparza

Litzy Esparza is currently the Human Resources Equity/Operations Specialist at the Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County. Prior to this, Litzy worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at K&D Landscaping, Inc. and as a Volunteer Coordinator at Community Builders for Monterey County. Litzy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from California State University, Monterey Bay. Litzy's experience includes executing applicant screening, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and benefit enrollment, as well as fostering an employee-oriented company culture.
