Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently the VP of Human Resources at Community Alternatives, Inc., a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Harbor's Edge Norfolk from May 2022 to September 2023. From March 2019 to February 2022, they served as the Human Resources Director at VersAbility Resources. Jennifer also had roles as a Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Generalist at VersAbility Resources from November 2016 to February 2019 and from August 2015 to November 2016, respectively. Before that, they worked at Community Alternatives, Inc. as an HR Generalist from January 2015 to July 2015 and as a Staffing Analyst from March 2013 to January 2015. Jennifer also has experience as a Recruiter at ProTemps from October 2012 to March 2013, at Priority Staffing from January 2011 to February 2012, and at NCO Customer Management, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2011. Jennifer began their career as a Clinical Recruiter at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters from January 2007 to January 2009.

Jennifer Williams, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans in 2006. In February 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
