Deborah Ruffrage

Deborah Ruffrage has a extensive work experience in the banking industry. Deborah started their career in 1986 at KeyBank as a Management Trainee and Credit Officer. In 1988, they joined HSBC Commercial Banking as a Commercial Credit Analyst Officer, where they worked until 1998. Deborah then moved to Citizens Bank and served as a Commercial Credit Analyst, AVP from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Wilber Bank as a Commercial Credit Department Manager and Credit Officer until 2011. Since then, they have been with Community Bank, N.A., where they held various roles including VP Small Business Lending Department Manager, Commercial Credit Department Manager, AVP, and currently serves as the VP Director of Business Banking.

Deborah Ruffrage holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the State University of New York at Oswego.
