Richard Kazmerick

Richard Kazmerick has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Richard began their career at M&T Bank in 1999, where they served as Vice President and Middle Market Senior Relationship Manager. Richard'sresponsibilities included credit administration, portfolio growth, and customer relationship management. In 2014, they joined Community Bank System, Inc. as Senior Vice President, where they currently hold a position.

Richard Kazmerick attended Penn State University from 1982 to 1983, studying Accounting and Finance. Richard then transferred to the University of Scranton and completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from 1983 to 1986.
