Michael Vallejo

Michael Vallejo has extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Community Based Care, LLC and WellHaven Pet Health. Prior to their current positions, they worked at Care Hospice, Inc. as the Chief Information and Security Officer, Chief Technology and Security Officer, and Consulting Enterprise Architect. Michael also has experience as a Manager Clinical Application Services at HCA Capital Division and as an Enterprise Technical Architect at Altria Client Services. Additionally, they held roles at Bon Secours Health System, Inc. including IS Architect, Associate Architect, Enterprise Workstation Administrator, and Systems Engineer. Michael started their career as an Information Systems Technologist and PC/Network Support at Northrop Grumman Information Technology. Michael also worked as a Network Administrator at Community Blood Bank. In their roles, Michael has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as information system design, development, analysis, technical leadership, architecture frameworks, and technology solutions.

Michael Vallejo has a strong educational background in the field of Information Systems and Technology. Michael obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from Strayer University in 2008-2010. In 2001-2003, they pursued their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology / Programming from Hamilton College. Additionally, Michael Vallejo holds a certification in ITIL Foundations from Global Knowledge Training.
