Shawna Dandridge

Shawna Dandridge, LCSW, is Chief of Staff and Operations at CBH, where she is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are poised to effectively execute the company’s vision, strategy, and direction. Shawna oversees CBH’s Project Management Office, Communications and Government Affairs Department, and Facilities.

Shawna’s leadership and extensive experience in operations management, public policy, and strategy have been instrumental in driving efficiency and growth at CBH. She has held several roles during her time at CBH, including Senior Advisor to the CEO and Special Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer.

Before rejoining CBH in 2021, Shawna served as Policy and Strategy Manager at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) PolicyLab, where she was responsible for managing strategic initiatives and consulting with partners to elevate PolicyLab’s profile among stakeholders. Prior to this, she worked at the Treatment Research Institute (TRI), a local research and development organization dedicated to reforming treatment and policy in substance use. She spent her time at TRI focused on the role of addiction in the family and consulted on several addiction-related projects both locally and nationally. Shawna has also worked extensively within the public sector of Philadelphia, leading program development.

Shawna is a licensed clinical social worker and received her master’s degree in social work from West Chester University.
