Bill Rubino

Senior Vice President Of Operations, Education Solutions at Community Brands

Bill Rubino has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Bill started their career at R&R Uniforms, where they served as the Vice President of National Accounts Operations for six years. Bill then joined the Horace Small Apparel Company as the VP of Inventory Planning & Purchasing for two years. After that, they worked at Comdata Corporation as the VP of Customer Relations & Business Services Operations for ten years, managing account implementation, support, and retention for the Corporate Payment Solutions division.

In 2009, Rubino joined Healthways as the Director of Regional CEC Operations, before becoming the Executive Director of the Nashville Well Being Improvement Center in 2012. Bill then joined HealthStream in 2014 and held various VP roles in Operations and Production, Interview Center Operations, and Business Integration and Continuum Operations.

Rubino joined Press Ganey as the Enterprise Transformation and Integration Lead in 2018, where they successfully integrated HealthStream Patient Experience (PX) business, exceeding all client retention and operating income goals. Bill also created an Enterprise M&A Integration Playbook for future acquisitions.

Most recently, Rubino joined Community Brands as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Education Solutions starting in 2023.

Bill Rubino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Management and Finance from Eckerd College. Bill later pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
