Clint Grounds is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Community Brands since August 2023, Clint oversees the integration of multiple GiveSmart products. Prior experience includes a tenure at Khoros as a Senior UX Designer, where design operations and production efficiency improved by 30%. Clint has also contributed to sustainability initiatives as a member of the Sustainability Council at Petal and supported branding efforts at Indeed.com. Experience at Drawn as a Senior Experience Designer involved impactful product designs for health services, while roles at Muy-Ono Management and Live Large focused on merchandise and visual design efficiency. Clint's foundational experience was gained from operations management at Lilla Lane and sales and merchandising at Ralph Lauren. Clint holds a B.S. in Management from Indiana University Bloomington and completed a program at General Assembly in 2016.
