Jay Greaves

Jay Greaves, MSOD (he/him) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jay is currently the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Community Brands, where they oversee the management of cloud-based software for associations, nonprofits, and schools. Prior to this, Jay was a member of the RevOps Co-op and worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Greaves Consulting. Jay also held several roles at isolved, including Vice President of Sales Enablement & Operations. Jay has experience in leadership roles at multiple companies, such as Aptology and Ceridian, where they were involved in sales, revenue growth, and organization development. In the earlier years of their career, Jay worked in sales and human resources at Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors and Delta Air Lines. Overall, Jay's work experience spans various industries and has focused on revenue operations, sales enablement, and organization development.

Jay Greaves has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Jay also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science & Business from Oglethorpe University. In addition to their formal education, Greaves has obtained various certifications, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn. Jay has also completed the "Chief Learning Officer Accelerator" program by BetterWork Media Group. Furthermore, Greaves is a certified Situational Leadership II Facilitator from The Ken Blanchard Companies and has received various other certifications related to coaching, process improvement, real estate, and executive assessment and selection.
