Oren Rosenthal

Oren Rosenthal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Web Site Producer at Open Market. Oren then moved on to work as a Senior Web Producer at Digi-Block, LLC from 2000-2001. In 2002, they became a Principal at Elderado Technologies, LLC. From 2004-2006, they were an Enterprise Services Manager at Silverlink Communications. In 2006, they joined Dell, Inc. as an Online Self Service Program Manager, where they worked until 2008. From 2010-2014, they were the Manager of Social Support at Sears Holdings Corporation. Oren then held various roles at Sears, including Manager, Knowledge Manager, and Product Manager, from 2008-2017. In 2017, they joined Khoros as the Manager of Support Operations and later transitioned to Senior Manager, Customer Operations Data, Voice of the Customer, and Director, Customer Data and Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Operations (Nimble AMS) at Community Brands, where they are responsible for improving SaaS operational efficiency and leading the operations team.

Oren Rosenthal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. They also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Cornell University, majoring in Computer Science and Near Eastern Studies. Oren has completed undergraduate coursework in engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, they completed the Young Judaea Year Course and attended Lexington High School. Oren also holds a PostgreSQL Essential Training certification from LinkedIn and a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight, obtained in March 2023.
