Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan started their professional journey as an intern at Upstate Carolina Angel Network. Ryan then worked as a Fuel Analyst at Ace Energy, Inc. and later transitioned to Resurgent Capital Services as a Business Analyst II.

In 2013, Ryan joined Capital One and held several positions, including Sr. Financial Analyst, Principal Financial Analyst, Manager of Financial Analysis, and Manager of Corporate Development. Ryan then joined Blackbaud in 2016 as the Manager of Corporate Development/Corporate Strategy. Ryan also served as the Head of Finance for Consumer Solutions and Blackbaud Canada before becoming the Director of International Growth and Consumer North America. During their time at Blackbaud, Ryan played a crucial role in various transactions, including the acquisition of Reeher and JustGiving.

In 2020, Ryan joined World Finance as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Head of New Products, where they oversaw strategic business development initiatives and the introduction of new products.

Currently, Ryan is working at Community Brands as Vice President of Sales Strategy & Operations, Cross-Sell. In this role, they are responsible for driving growth through cross-selling and GTM enablement initiatives to achieve bookings targets.

Ryan Phillips has a BA in Business Economics from Wofford College. Ryan also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Clemson University.
