Joseph Winterhalter

Joseph Winterhalter currently serves as the CoChair of the PRIDE Health Employee Resource Group at UPMC and has been a Project Manager at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization since 2007. Winterhalter has an extensive background in behavioral health, having held various roles such as Clinical Coordinator and Care Manager, where responsibilities included supervising care management teams and coordinating behavioral health and addiction services. Previous experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at HACC and Elizabethtown College and roles as a Dual Diagnosis Counselor and Administrative Case Manager. Joseph Winterhalter holds a PhD in Psychology from Walden University, an MSW from Temple University, and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from La Roche University.
