Nazow Tarakai

Program Associate, Voices for Health Justice at Community Catalyst

Nazow Tarakai is a Program Associate providing programmatic and administrative support to the Voices for Health Justice initiative. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Nazow helped design and deliver a health care management and quality improvement curriculum for the Inter-American Development Bank. She has also worked in a variety of health care roles in Afghanistan, including maternal health and primary care in Nangarhar Province and emergency care and civil society coordination in Jalalabad. Originally from mid-Missouri, Nazow received her BA in Human Evolutionary Biology and Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University. She also speaks Pashto and Persian.
