Joseph Cullinan

Chief Administrative Officer at Community Connections

Joseph Cullinan plays a leadership role in the administration and operations of Community Connections. In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Cullinan oversees Revenue Cycle Management, Information Technology, Plant Management, and the Practice Management Software (Anasazi). Mr. Cullinan has a wide range of experience in various fields. After several years in retail management, Mr. Cullinan earned a B.S. in Education and taught high school for eight years. He then studied Theology at the Washington Theological Union for six years and performed internships as chaplain at George Washington University and the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC. Joining Community Connections in 2000, Mr. Cullinan has served in the role of case manager, clinical supervisor, M.I.S. Manager, manager of the psychiatric clinic program, and Director of Operations.
